SOMOS Investment and Advisory is a senior housing focused real estate investment and asset management firm headquartered in Chicago, IL. 

We are aligned with strategic institutional capital that is seeking to acquire and develop senior housing properties throughout the United States. 

We have flexible capital that is able to invest across the capital stack through equity, debt and preferred equity. Additionally, we are able to invest across the risk spectrum ranging from Core, Value-add and distressed opportunities.  

The Firm was founded by Dustin Warner, a senior housing advocate and investor with 15+ years of experience. Most recently, Dustin was the Head of Senior Housing Transactions at a leading private equity firm.  Dustin has been involved in over $5B of senior housing transactions, with experience in structuring, asset management, financing, and dispositions.
